We had a most wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s very clean and smells fresh! Most importantly, staff member Sarah P was more than accommodating, very polite, professional, and friendly! If you have a question she will respond in a very efficient manner! We highly recommend this hotel!

Overall nice hotel

Good location

I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay, especially considering the $625 per night rate. While most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of consistency. A simple “Good morning” or “Welcome” would have gone a long way. Instead, I encountered staff who seemed more focused on chatting with each other than greeting guests. This lack of a warm, professional welcome was disheartening and did not meet my expectations

Horrible hotel. In spite of the remodel, not all amenities are available from Fri noon until Sun evening. Am a lifetime Titanium Marriott member - Club lounge CLOSED, unacceptable. When we checked in, fruit infused water available. Came back Saturday afternoon, asked where the water was - answer: we don't provide it on weekends! WTF? So, weekday guests are apparently more important than weekend guests? What a clown show. Never again.

This is the first “mixed results “ review I’ve ever done on a Marriott brand hotel, but it was a very uneven stay. What’s great about this hotel: location is excellent, housekeeping and the cleanliness of the room and hotel, spotless. Front desk; one staff member professional, friendly, and accommodating; next person completely opposite. When asked if I could have access to the executive lounge, No. with my status, never an issue before. The hotel was almost empty, no explanation on the NO Air conditioning was horrible, I had to leave on low while I was out of the room during the day, and turn it off when I came in at the end of the day. It had two settings, fan full blast to a point I couldn’t sleep, read or enjoy the TV. It would blast on high fan, run for a minute or two, then shut off, two minutes later, full blast . Elevators, what a mess! One elevator was completely out of order. The other two, might work, or not. Paper signs taped to the doors, trying to give directions. When I checked out waited ten minutes to get an elevator. A complete mess. Just a very uneven stay,
