Sheraton Eatontown Hotel

Check in with Sarah was quick and easy. Room was ready prior to check in time. Clean reception area-light refreshments offered. Had room on 6th floor with Club lounge access. Room was spotless and well appointed. Came with waters, toiletries and ample towels…2 plush robes also. Lounge was immaculate and had fresh fruit and cold and hot beverages available. We had dinner at Urbane…small boutique menu …service was excellent. Beds super comfortable and air conditioning excellent. Breakfast at 6:30 -eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal, yougurt, assorted juices and coffee/tea. Overall a definite stay.

Perfect little getaway with the kids.

Stayed here for the first time and was very pleased. The room was huge and very clean. The executive lounge was comfortable and had a nice breakfast. Only negative is that controlling the temperature in the room was a little challenging. We had to lower the AC to 65 to get the room down to 70.

I am beyond so grateful for the staff at the Sheraton Eatontown hotel. From the minute of booking the venue, to the day of the wedding; they have been extremely responsive, professional and caring to detail & requests!! Rayna, She is sooo helpful ! From responding to my emails to holding my crying baby during the wedding. You were super kind & helped me feel at ease. Angel! - He is the best!! He worked endlessly making sure he was creating my vision for my dream wedding. He showed pictures, etc. of how it looks prior to the wedding. to make sure I was satisfied. On top of that- their wedding packages include almost everything you can think of! You are all amazing! Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you! We are beyond grateful!! 🤍

My wedding was held at the Sheraton and Angel and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was special. If you decide to go with the Sheraton as your wedding venue, be sure to ask for Angel. You won't regret it!

Air was broken in the room. Immediately put us into another room. Good service!

Very nice hotel overall, everything was nice and went smoothly. 2 things I think they can improve is there was a dried puddle of urine in front of the toilet when I got to my room and I was required to give a $200 deposit when I came that wasn’t returned to my account for 2 weeks
