We rented the grand ballroom for our annual event. The staff, the food and the service were above excellent. The Matre'd Angel is the epitome of professional, very patient and accommodating. I can't imagine having my annual event anywhere else

I travel a lot for work and I never leave reviews but this is one of my favorite hotel stays in years. Check in was amazing and so friendly, the room was immaculate and I mean so clean I was shocked. The entire hotel was spotless. Everyone you pass has a smile and friendly attitude. I was presenting for a conference and I just needed some toast in the morning and the man who helped me was so incredibly kind (can’t remember his name). The restaurant manager, Eddie was so accommodating and friendly (gave me some ice for my train trip). I can’t say enough how impressed I was with this stay. I do travel a lot so I am picky lol but I have to give this hotel a 10 for my two-day stay.

We were in town to attend a party for a friend…Check in was a breeze…front desk employees were fabulous..we were recognized as Bonvoy Platinum Elite members and received a nice upgrade to a 6th floor Club room..which was spotless and very comfortable….being Platinum Elite members we were given 2 vouchers for breakfast at the Urbane Restaurant..delicious food and great service…We would not hesitate to stay at the Sheraton Eatontown again..highly recommend.
