Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa

The Hyatt Regency needs some TLC! The location is amazing, the staff are super friendly, but the building is old. They have done some tasteful upgrades to the rooms, but honestly it’s not enough. The hallways are dark, the bathroom tub shower combo is a complete turnoff. But the location is amazing!

The location was perfect. The beach was close and the shops were great!! We could walk in either direction and we're able to dine and shop all we wanted!! The open air feeling and the decor was amazing and felt so relaxing. We got luck and booked during the pan pacific festival and had the best time walking through the vendors on the street.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The oceanfront room was beautiful and offered amazing views. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. We especially appreciated the convenience of the on-site store and the resort’s central location. It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants, the beach, and local attractions, including the zoo. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Great location, just across the street from Waikiki Beach and adjacent to many restaurants and shops. The staff was excellent and very accommodating to our requests and needs. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day, which was appreciated. The club lounge was quite busy, but the staff their really excelled at refreshing the food regularly and keeping tables bussed promptly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived, and check‑in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the little touches—fresh towels, a well‑stocked bathroom, and a bed that was genuinely comfortable. The on‑site amenities were well maintained, and breakfast offered plenty of choices. I would happily return.
