Front desk staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable, good location

The air didn’t work and they never came fixed it

First time staying at a Hilton, stayed at the Memphis East Hilton. Shelita made me feel very welcome and helped me setup a Hilton Honors account. Because of her service, I look forward to my future stays at this hotel.

Winter at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The location was convenient for what we needed, very beautiful hotel! Room was clean, smelled a little old but still nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to pointing us in the right direction for food and advice for being new to the area.

Security drove around the property. To make sure no one car got broken into.

The hotel needs renovations. The door to my room wouldn’t lock or open up. When taking a shower, the tub would fill up. Me and my family went to the buffet to eat. One of the employees named Pat was yelling from across the room at us. We were embarrassed and shocked. Pat was asking about some vouchers. I never received one when I checked into the hotel. I went to the front desk. We spoke to Erin and she gave me the voucher. We walked back to the buffet to give Pat the voucher. The entire time in the eating area Pat kept harassing us. Pat thought it was ok to come over to me. She grabbed me and forced me to hug her. I couldn’t believe this employee assaulted me. I’ve never met this woman before. I told her I was going to report her. I was embarrassed and humiliated and validated at the same time. I reported this situation and Nothing was done about this matter. Booking.com refused to take responsibility for this matter. Hilton wouldn’t take responsibility because I booked my hotel through your website. This matter is unacceptable. The pictures of this hotel is false advertisement.
