Avenida Cozy Apartment

3br, 2 shower/toilet, ac by room was great!

Kitchen is tight. Beds quite firm. Pay close attention to host checkin. We had some confusion at the door, our fault.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and super spacious and perfect for a family of six. We've met the kind cleaning lady on the day of arrival, who happily showed us around the apartment and let us leave our bags before check in. The communication with the host was also perfect. Margarida was happy to answer any questions and also provided us with a new hair dryer straight away when the previous one broke. There's AC in the apartment which was greatly appreciated! The location was perfect.

The door in the ensuite bathroom had glass in it that you could see through. For more privacy, I think it would be better if the glass was replaced with another option.

Good Location

Great location, clean and spacious. Very friendly and efficient host.

Shower got very hot and needed to take care.

Bedrooms and bathrooms as specified. AC and Lift available. Good location. Appreciate that we could drop our bags off early on the first day.

The apartment did not match up with the photos. I was expecting a nice sitting room that included a dining table and large window, but it was not that way. We ended up sitting in a crowded dining room adjacent to the small kitchen to socialize. Not very comfortable. Balcony comical - not for a body - but in line with other balconies in the area. Fussy doorknob. Could not get in at first and once we thought we were locked into the apartment.

The size of the rooms and the space for 4 people. Good internet speeds.

The shower was small for a Kiwi/Australian person of 182cm in height and being of solid build. Going through all the security codes was annoying. The front entrance to the apartment was broken and caused a real issue to open the front door. This is a fire safety risk if in the event of a fire and someone cannot excape this will be an issue.
