Avenida Cozy Apartment

The apartment is big, cozy, like home! Very comfortable when there were 3 bathrooms for 7 people. Only the stove in the kitchen did not work. The cupboard for dishes is my love. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. We will come back!

Very clean and easily accommodated 6 adults, conveniently located. Margarida was very helpful and accommodating in checking in.

The apartment is in a great location for exploring Lisbon. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms/toilets. Both the building and the apartment are in good condition and are pretty clean. Overall, the apartment is great for a short stay.

Although there are many rooms, they are all pretty small. The beds in the bedrooms were also on the small side and quite uncomfortable to sleep on as couples. The shower cabins were very tight as well. The wall in the master bedroom requires immediate renovation. Overall, a longer stay in the apartment will be uncomfortable.

Great location just off main avenue with local bars and restaurants, but very quiet at night, and near to metro stop. Spacious bedrooms, perfect for a group of four friends exploring Lisbon.

This apartment is a fire risk. Please read on. The lock to get in the last door of the unit was very difficult to open form both the outside and/or the inside and it took us a while to open the door. In the event of a fire I don't think we could open the door to escape fast enough. The stove never worked or we couldn't frgure out how to turn it on. The bath towels were very worn and felt almost as rough as sand paper and it came with very limited amount.
