Location is perfect - within walking distance to good restaurants n shops.Lift is an essential due to mobility issues. Air con was good

Some mugs were chipped .Should be replaced with new ones. Not enough toilet tissues for 6 of us for 3 nights . Shelves in the bathroom to put our toiletries would be great. Proper hooks on the wall to hang up our towels.The existing hooks are just not practical at all. Towels kept dropping onto the floor. Should have extra bin bags for the rubbish as just one was not enough for 3 nights.I would have brought my own bin bags if I had known. .Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.But the pillows need replacing as they are old and flat.And 2 pillows for each person please. The room with the en-suite- the glass door should be replaced with proper doors so it is not see through.There is no privacy with this glass door- but this is my personal opinion. We got a different sitting room to the one advertised as I did expect the sitting room as in the picture.

no dishwasher, but no problem if not preparing food every meal
