"The Hyatt provided a great experience staying in Columbus for the week!"

Columbus, Ohio Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout a week stay for business at a conference. They were also very attentive when anything was needed. Was great having the conference attached to the hotel and the spaces offered a variety of spaces and services which were all appreciated. Would look to stay there again if in the area for sure !

"I keep going back"

I like this hotel a lot for its cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and its proximity to where I want and need to be. My one complaint is that there is not enough light in the bathroom.

Loved the location, loved how friendly the staff was. Very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Comfortable beds! Nice walkway to and from the hotel to the parking garage.

Parking garage was a long walk from the hotel.

"Great location"

I love the location. It is walking distance to restaurants and Kemba Live. It had a nice atmosphere. All the staff were very helpful. The bed were comfy I loved the city view from my window..
