Hyatt Regency Columbus

Bianca and Bethany at the front desk were AMAZING, I arrived at check out after a long day ready to check in and get me and my daughter to our room that I had prepaid for through booking.com. For some reason the hotel had no payment from them. Fatima checked me in and charged me 2 different times untill I could figure things out (on my own) she was rude and no help. After dinner I went back to the front desk in hopes my payment came through so that I could sleep and not worry about it all night. Thank God Bianca was there to help me this time. She called booking.com THREE times because they kept jerking us around, saying they had to call back for security reasons and never doing so! After an hour and a half on hold and dealing with multiple agents (with Bethany’s help) she FINALLY got it all sorted out at almost 11pm. Bethany took over the other guests who needed help while Bianca was able to sort this out. Without the 2 of them the next morning would have been chaos trying to figure this out befor check out and in a hurry to get to our event. Bethany offered me a drink of water while standing and waiting. She apologized so many times knowing it had nothing to do with her or the hotel. Bianca gave me a complimentary coupon for PERKS coffee which made my morning even more easy going and enjoyable! Those 2 ladies - Bianca and Bethany basically saved my trip and they weren’t going to stop untill they got to the bottom of it. They are definitely exceptional employees with over the top customer service. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and because of them anytime I’m in Columbus this IS where I’ll be staying. Thank you and your staff for a great weekend !!!!!’

Location to Kemba live

Consistently the most comfortable and accessable hotel in the downtown space. I have yet to be disappointed. Connected, clean garage and many food options nearby.

They Hyatt Columbus was great! Perfect location and super convenient being attached to the convention center. Rooms were spacious and clean!

I would most definitely recommend this hotel if you can get in and the prices are reasonable. The hotel is located roughly in the center of everything and in most cases, you do not even have to leave. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and the staff was so kind. It was an amazing experience.
