"Great location, a little moldy"

Great location and the room was nice however there was a ton of black mold in the bathroom on the wall and ceiling opposite the bathroom (Room 1101). We have 2 young kids so mold exposure is not ideal however other than that it was a nice stay. We loved seeing the Sea World drone show from the balcony.

Perfect location, great atmosphere, the rooms were comfortable but could be cleaned better. Really pricey for lack of activities like breakfast, room service, ect. All night you can hear airplanes taking off and landing. The staff was nice in the front desk area but the staff surrounding the food and bar could use some customer service training.

"It could have been much better"

Hotel has beautiful view. We were welcomed well by the front desk and even upgraded. Upon arrival to our room we noticed the room is not cleaned properly and we found gross stuff on the bed which showed obviously sheets were not cleaned and changed. So, we decided to get extra blankets to use our room without bringing the issue to the manager. It took 4 calls and several hours to bring us blankets. The food at the restaurant was finished before 6:00 pm and what was left had terrible quality and taste.

Overall wonderful experience. We enjoyed using the shuttle to sea world and the resort pool and amenities. Check in was wonderful, thank you Oz. We would definitely stay again.
