Hyatt Regency Phoenix Downtown

Great rooms, friendly staff and customer service, quick checkin. Restaurant has great ambience but I didn’t dine. Main entrance driving access is difficult.Parking valet $$$

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency during our Juice Plus conference. The entire staff was amazing. Our room was clean and very roomy. The food was good, especially the omelette station. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you to everyone for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Run down and dirty. Needs some desperate updates. Glass mirror broken. Marker over the time. Mold in the bathroom. Fixtures that deteriorated. Paying for a 5 star hotel that was motel 6 quality

It was conveniently located to our event

Price was far to high in both the nightly cost and food

I like everything about it. It was very clean and the staff was outstanding. I will return again.

That i couldn't stay longer

The location is excellent—very convenient and one of the best aspects of the stay. However, the rooms feel quite old and dated, and the bathrooms are in need of significant updates. While everything was functional, the overall condition of the room took away from the experience. With some renovations and modern touches, this property could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Had a poor experience at the Hyatt. The rooms overall were good, but never got housekeeping service while there for several days. Also, went to the pool area and the hot tub bleached my swimsuit. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told the manager would be in contact with me but the manager never responded despite my attempts. I also asked for a late checkout and we needed to pay a charge for an extra couple hours, which most hotels do not charge for this. The location is great though-close to ASU Downtown campus and the Phoenix Suns arena. When we checked in the lady at the front was very friendly and helped give us meal ideas, other than her though the staff weren't friendly or helpful.

This place is absolutely beautiful and for the price it was hands down the best place to stay. The rooms were clean, everyone was helpful and the pool was so nice. It was a great location and our family loved staying there. Highly recommend!
