"Very nice hotel"

Hotel and rooms were nice and comfortable.

That the area inside the lobby to get drinks and food didnt take card, only took cash. That the free drinks were only for a bar that was only open certain hours.

So nice to get to a hotel and have everything as expected. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, sheets were crisp, the room itself (one king) was spacious and well appointed and I just couldn't ask for anything else for a two night business trip. Woke up well rested and just wondering "why can't all hotel experiences be like this?" Only negative (slight) was that my digital key did not work so I had to go back down to front desk and "check in"/get a physical key. But based on the rest of the experience the five minutes it took me to handle that aspect is trivial at best.

Love the atmosphere and location. My room was perfect to relax after a busy day. Minus one start due to the breakfast. Overall, great experience and I would definitely stay again.

"Trip with 86 year old Mother"

Our choice of Hotels is the Hyatt Regency Downtown Phoenix when we are in the area. They always take great care of all of our needs and when available, we are upgraded. This time to a suite with connecting room for my mother. Thanks so much to Eric and crew for always making for a pleasant stay.
