Hyatt Regency New Orleans

The hotel is located near the superdome and is a good area. The restaurants were nice, as well as the lobby, however the rooms are not near as up to par as the restaurants of the hotel. Check-in was delayed but using the app got us a quicker check-in verses using a person. We also requested something special for our anniversary and willing to pay but nothing was done.

Freezing cold water, lazy front staff who don’t want to offer much compensation even after we had over 5 issues with the rooms. Our first room was over 78 degrees, we had the bell hop set it cooler to 70. We left for 4 hours for an event and the room was still hot and stinky. Outlets weren’t working, and I had that freezing cold shower. So we requested a room change, and still had the cold water issue. Maintenance came at midnight and finally it was warmer, but some dirt did come out of the drain.

During our 3 week trip around the US and many Hyatt and InterConti hotels this hotel was absolutely the best! The breakfast here is absolutely amazing, at the level of 5* in Europe, which is generally very exceptional in the US. Definitely recommend!

I also enjoy staying at the Hyatt and his trip was no different. All of the staff are super attentive. Blake the Bellman was a joy upon arrival and ensured all my belongings got to my room intact and in a timely manner. Venisha was the hostess that checked me in and she was super kind and friendly. I explained to her that I was celebrating my husbands birthday. Mrs. Debbie another host was exceptionally kind and always brightens my day when I visit. This hotel is a prime location for Smoothie King and Mercedes Benz Dome, being about a 5 minute walk away. Great hotel, esthetically pleasing and friendly and helpful staff.

The experience started with top notch service with a smile from the valet team. They take your luggage to your room to make sure you are able to navigate the layout of the hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing for us because we were visiting to see a concert at the Superdome and it is a short walk to and from. Our room was top notch and very clean, the beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel was fully booked, but inside our room, you could not hear any ongoings from outside of the room. The overall atmosphere and customer service was exceptional during the entire stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency NOLA! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We will be back for sure!

The location and how beautiful the hotel is! I really enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet that was Delicious and the cost was included with my rates.

The hotel was too cold throughout and it was not hot outside. It was so cold that my food and coffee were cold about 5 minutes after I received my hot coffee and hot food. The blankets for the beds are to thin & even after requesting more blanket, was still cold, but the heat in the rooms work great!
