Hyatt Regency New Orleans

The air conditioning did not work in our room. Pressing “front desk” on the room’s telephone resulted in being directed to a menu asking for a verbal description of the issue. After very specific verbal cues were mentioned, the front desk rang, which wasn’t answered under multiple iterations of the aforementioned process were completed. Nobody ever came to fix the air conditioner even though the front desk said an “engineer” was on the way up. My wife and I attended the event we were there for then went to bed. I found it surprising that something as basic as contacting the front desk at a hotel was as difficult of a process as it was. Overall it was an average stay.

I just need to leave a review on my first night here for Gabby at the front desk and Hollis in security. Everyone here has been so lovely and kind but both Gabby and Hollis were especially attentive and caring as I ended up needing to change rooms and they were so helpful about the change. I used to work in a busy hotel for years and I know how stressful it can be to deal with people on the tail end of their travel and everyone here has been so kind and Gabby and Hollis went above and beyond to help me and they should both get a raise!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great easy to walk places and Uber/Lyft had no problem picking up and dropping off.

It’s was close to the train station we walked to and from our hotel. It was a 5 minute drive to French Quarter may restaurant as well. The best location to stay at.

The Hyatt Regency NOLA is a beautiful hotel staffed with friendly and helpful team members who are ready,. willing, and able to make sure your stay is everything you wish! It is conveniently located to major public transportation lines and walking distance to the French Quarter and WWII Museum. My family was ecstatic throughout our week-long stay here and cannot wait to return!

The hotel is in a great area / location - convenient to downtown and transportation; walking distance to to the Super Dome and Smoothie King center. The amenities are superb and has 5 star quality.
