Hyatt Regency New Orleans

Very nice hotel conference center..staff was excellent food was good. Great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Old hotel. Would not have stayed except for the conference being hosted at the hotel. Suite was not worth it at all. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

Older hotel worn out and just...old. Bed was not comfortable at all, bathroom was older, poor renovations, just overall a less than expected experience.

The experience was not what I expected for the price, Bathrooms we dirty and hot. The front desk girls were rude and didnt seem to want to help,I had a stye in my eye and needed warm compress for it . I had to go back and forth to warm it multiple times till finally I just moved the microwave from the 22 nd floor to the 23rd when the staff refused . They didnt have the room I booked and at 4pm room still wasnt available and they had 0 king beds I ended up in a room with 1 queen. Food at conference was not good, resturant food was average .

Your hotel is sub-standard. The elevator system is poor especially if one has to scroll through for a "lower floor". I am shocked by the state of the bathroom (feels dirty, shower especially) and the flow of the room and the bathroom especially in one of your "junior executive suites". Your WiFi is abominable especially for a business hotel. I can't get my laptop to work in my room without my own hotspot from my phone. The desk area is horrible with no outlet to plug in to work and it is painfully cramped behind a couch. The lighting is also sub-par and that is a kind way to say it. I am a Bonvoy member and have stayed almost 1000 nights there. This Hyatt is one of the worst I ahve stayed in. I have stayed multiple times for business in the Hyatt House in Raleigh NC and they are much better atr a much lower price point just to benchmark you within your own system. I will 100% be going onto Trip Advisor to give you the poorest rating possible. This is objective in all your failures here. Dingy and depressing is the vibe. I will not stay here again if I come to a conference here even if it is inconvenient. I am surprised that Hyatt allows this place to persist under the current management.

I always stay at the Hyatt Regency. I'm never disappointed
