It was my first time staying at the Hyatt next door to Rupp Arena, but I had tickets for the KY basketball game on March 7. The hotel is outstanding, with a pleasant staff and a great restaurant and bar. It's so convenient to Rupp Arena and we had a great downtown view. I also ran into legendary sports broadcaster Dick Vitale in the elevator. That was a bonus!

Horrible room! Smelled of urine and cigarette smoke, the bathroom light didn't work half the time, the shower was terrible, too many things wrong to list! There are much better hotels in the area, avoid this one!

Location at Rupp Arena

Valet parking was full when I arrived… traffic was horrible and had to deal with a rude cop to get to gate 1 to self park! Then was charged 12.00 to self park The pillows were completely flat and worn out! No microwave in the room!
