Great location in the heart of riverfront district right on the Savannah River / River Street close to many restaurants and activities. The Hyatt was an enjoyable experience from checkin to valet parking to checkout and also help from the concierge in planning an activity/ securing tickets

I requested privacy. I was only there for 3 nights & I was harassed to an unbelievable level by housekeeping staff. On days 2 & 3 of my stay, staff excessively called the room phone, called my cell phone, returned over & over again to repeatedly knock on the room door & attempt to come into the room, even called the staff of the conference I was attending. The level of harassment was inexcusable & seriously interfered with my ability to focus on the conference. I'll never stay at a Hyatt again.

Location

We requested to check in at 3:00, actually ended up getting stuck in traffic arrived at 4:15 (regular check in is at 4:00), there were no King rooms available that were clean. So in order to get checked i then we had to change to a 2 double bed room. We would gave preferred the King room we booked. Shower had mold on the wall. Valet parking was terrible. No one was out front to take keys. In the morning we requested our vehicle 10 minutes before leaving our room. We had to wait 30 minutes for the vehicle to be located. Total waste of $75 for valet.
