$50 a day for Valet and keys were lost and I had a surgery at 6 am sharp. It caused a lot of anxiety and extra expense to get a taxi. Can park in public parking at half price and Key remains w me.

There are complimentary drinks, but you have to ask for them rather than being offered. Staff was not really welcoming at arrival. Refrigerator was OK. Safe did not work. I have the Hyatt app on my phone and opted for my phone to be the key but that never worked. The black receptionists offered complimentary drinks to the black customers, but not to others..

Very nice location and surroundings. Staff was adequate, but didn’t do anything to go above and beyond. There are complementary drinks, but no one offers them unless you repeatedly ask for it. The safe in my room didn’t work and the shower floor was extremely slippery. Thankfully, I wasn’t an elderly person; that could’ve been very unfortunate.

The exterior and location are beautiful, but this is where the quality stops. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, the fridges are iced over and do not chill properly. The staff are so overwhelmed that they are obviously burned out. Rooms have issues like water damage and broken a/c systems. If you need to be moved to another room, prepare for a downgrade to another dirty room. You can tell the original designs were beautiful, but the hotel is not being properly maintained over the years and it shows.

The staff was in such a rush to valley our car And such a rush to get us out if our room. Everything was in such a urgent time period That it was not pleasant Our room had very worn furniture and the bathroom floor was very dirty I will not stay again
