Grand Hyatt Seoul

This was our third time visiting Seoul, and staying at the Grand Hyatt Seoul made this trip our favorite yet. We’ve always preferred the quieter, scenic atmosphere of the river‑north side of the city over Gangnam, and this hotel fits perfectly with that vibe. The absolute standout of our stay was the spa experience. We booked a couple’s massage with Luna and Sana, and it was phenomenal. Their technique, attention to detail, and calming presence made the session incredibly restorative. It was exactly what we needed before a long flight back to the US.

Tout était parfait

The hotel is situated at the top of the hill so it has spectacular views of Seoul. It's adjacent to Namsan Park, the city's largest park with trails leading to N Seoul Tower and rendy Itaewon. The hotel is also near Leeum Museum and a short walk to a Subway station.

No place to sit in the lobby without having to pay for drinks or services. The lobby and just about all parts of the hotel is optimized for monetization. All the restaurants in the hotel are pricy. There are no casual fare option at the hotel. We stayed there for 4 days and there's no such thing as an easy way to catch a cab ride from the hotel. You must have an Uber App to order a car. During peak hours, wait can be as long as 30 minutes.
