The bus shuttle could potentially go to another area and have more frequent runs instead of limiting to just Meyongdong.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Grand Hyatt Seoul while attending my husband’s military ball. Everything about our stay felt special from beginning to end. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room had such a stunning view of the city, which made the experience feel even more memorable. The customer service all around was truly impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and made our stay feel even more elevated. We were also very grateful for the discounted rate we received for our two-night stay. It made staying here for such a meaningful event possible, and we really appreciated that. My only disappointment is that we did not get to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer because most of our time was centered around the ball. We would have loved the chance to return and experience more of the property at a slower pace. Unfortunately, the regular pricing is very high. Even with our discount, what we paid for two nights was still less than what one regular-priced night would have cost. That makes it hard to imagine coming back again, especially with friends or family, even though we would truly love to. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay, and we are truly thankful for the experience.
