Neat room arrangement

Poor area of the city and questionable visitors and vagrants

L’hôtel est désuet les porte pour le pièce du déjeunes vitres sont très sales . Les porte de corridor semble avoir 5 couches de peinture et sont malpropre .

It was cleaner then a lot of other places I’ve stayed in Thunder Bay.

Both times I stayed here I was put in room 201 with a broken air conditioner. The first time I asked for a different room which was no problem. The second time I was so tired I didn’t even bother, luckily it wasn’t hot out. Just surprised they still haven’t fixed it.

The hotel was in a convenient downtown location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. Breakfast offered a good variety of items and was a great way to start the day.

Parking was somewhat limited during busy periods, and some common areas could be updated further. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable.

Have cameras and close to getting to the hwy .

Sorry but to many homeless people wondering around . Went to MD and there was a homeless person being very scary and rude . Would not walk to the casino stayed in our room . But hotel was amazing upgraded .
