Kawan Antique Ubud Villa

Absolutely everything! We wanted to get away from the busy life we have and escape into nature and purely focus on relaxing and enjoying each other’s company in a tropical scenery and Kawan antique ubud villa created that for us! Everyday we woke up feeling blessed, coming back home after a tour and our villa was back to sparkly clean was fantastic, This place was just perfect. The staff speak perfect English and just so generous!

Yes, there are mozzies but not a lot though but it’s to be expected in a tropic area but they had already organised things to prevent insect bites and we had no issues at all! Shut the doors and turn on insect repellent lamp and done ! We lived comfortably for the week ❤️

Very beautiful villa with private pool outside of Ubud. We were grateful coming back to this quiet place after Ubud and spent 3 nights at Kawan Antique. Breakfast is directly served at the pool (from a good choice). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Included: 1 shuttle drive to ubud per day.

We had an amazing stay here. It’s a charming villa built in traditional Balinese style with carved wood and a grass roof. Breakfasts were amazing and staff were very kind, offering great service. Outdoor bathroom was beautiful.

Location is a bit far outside of Ubud but it’s nice to be away from the hectic areas. A transfer to and from Ubud was included every day. The pool was very nice but the water had a blue dye in it and it turned my blonde hair bright blue on the ends!

Highly overpriced. Does not look like the pics, completely deceiving. Have to take baggage on a bike to reach the villa. Good options for vegetarian was very sad. Same price, you get a better option on the main road with a top brand like Westin in the locality. The staff asked us to walk back in the dark from the main road to hotel which is impossible. More over they did. It have vehicles so they asked us to carry our bags on their bike and take it to our car on the main road. Just pathetic attitude and service. Never go here, and for the price we have paid, it’s not worth even 1/10th.

Incredible service, beautiful villa. Very quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ubud

You will need to take the shuttle if you want to get into town, which works great! But there were a few times we wish we could have walked there

Bathroom and toilet could use an upgrade.
