Econo Lodge Worthington - Columbus North

Desk clerk, very unfriendly upon arrival. Television in room didn’t work. Couldn’t contact anyone to let them know. Free coffee and breakfast didn’t exist but was advertised in room and on website. Room wasn’t very clean. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was affordable, clean and maintained for the age.

Upon arrival the lady at the front desk refused my booking. My boyfriend was in the car and with another couple as we had booked two rooms.. she was horrible, and rude and there was no reason for her to deny service to us. I am an avid traveler and the worst experience I’ve ever had

The owner’s wife was the worst ever. She stood in the door looking at us and then came and wouldn’t use her words to communicate. Write everything on a paper for the check in. Then came knocking on the door because she didn’t want my husband standing outside. She cut off the a/c unit and refuse to give us our money back until I called Expedia. She was so disrespectful to my husband I couldn’t believe it. Don’t stay there if you’re not willing to be disrespected.

Very Clean and quiet

I went in tried to get a room for two days, I gave her my Amex card and ID she looked at my card suspiciously then told me to go out cause she has no rooms, she didn't give me any explanation and just got out, I believe it is racism I was talking to a friend of mine in our language (Hebrew), she kept looking at us weird then left without saying anything, at the beginning she said she has rooms until she saw my not local name on my ID, she is not even local herself but okay. just don't waste your time going on there

Worst hotel not even worth staying for free Indian lady at the front desk Even makes you feel like she doesn’t want you to be there.

upon arrival the manager cancelled the reservation when we complained the the bed linens were soiled and would not correct. very upset after driving 4 hours with no place to stay as all hotels in area were sold out due to a concert in town.

The person who checked us in was awful, charged my husband 3 times for 1 room, we were paying for my mother in laws room also, paid for her room got up stairs then the front desk worker just walked right in my mother in laws room told her to get her stuff and get down stairs, yelled at her and said she has to pay for the room not us, so on top of 3 charges for my husbands card made my mother in law pay as well. Then yelled at us and said she doesn’t want to hear any complaints. This place is awful
