Extremely rude manage, only cares about getting more money and if she doesn’t get it she gets upset and kicks you out and promises a refund but then tells Expedia she won’t give a refund. Never go here.

No breakfast offered due to pandemic, which is a crock at this point being as the pandemic has been declared over by the president. beds are average in terms of comfort. shower head is at a height that you have to squat down to use if you are over 5'6". other than that it was a decent place

There is no breakfast as advertised.. the lady working is very rude.

Reception lady has a rude and nasty demeanor, I decided against staying just based on my interactions with her during check in, they refused to refund and Expedia also refused to refund, decided to stay at double tree down the street, it's a much nicer hotel and better customer service for the same price.

The absolute most horrible experience of my life. Would never ever stay at any Econo lodge again for the sheer fact of the lady who owns this one. She is rude, pushy, locked my entry card as well as others entrance cards at 10 am (before check out). She was hateful and honestly the most horrible experience of my life. I was 3 states away from knowing anyone, rented it for 2 nights at 70 a night because even though I called about late arrival she cancelled my reservation. I went to Ohio from georgia for an iinterview, left my phone in an Uber but the hotel lady refused to put anyone including my mom through to my room phone, she wouldn’t cooperate with the Uber driver when he drove back to return my phone, she even gave me an upstairs room after I told her that my brother was crippled. Meaning I had to carry him up a flight of stairs.

Property left a lot to be desired. Staff was almost rude. My wife and i are in our late 70s and havd to carry lugage tot he second floor up a long stair case with inadequate hand railings. NO ELEVATORS. Just plain disgusting!!!!!!

Over all the hotel wasn’t too bad. It’s was very quiet, clean and had a lot of places within walking distance. The only down sides were no breakfast and you’d get locked out of your room the same day you were suppose to check out. So you’d have to go back to the office to get your keycard fixed.

Comfortable room entrance from inside the hotel and easy heater- A/C unit and hotel was walking distance to restaurants.
