Quiet, clean hotel that was good for the money paid

They gave me a second floor room, with no elevator. I have a bad knee which I told them about, and the front desk lady just stared at me. I was the only car in the parking lot, and she said there weren’t any rooms. My key card stopped working three times while I was there as well. It would have been nice to be accommodated for my request.

Very nice stay and help staff tv work fine,wifi work fine, bathroom was nice clean , room nice clean cool ,safe place , close to the I 270 and route 23 ,zoo , airport, Cosi, convention center,Ohio sate ,etc

The receptionist was very mean and very unprofessional. She was really rude to me the first night and the next day which made me complained to her but she could care less. I decided to move to another hotel today, whose services were courteous and welcoming..... Never will recommend anyone...sheets and rooms were very dirty.

Part of room had no electric next morning, and no one at desk to report it. No one at desk couple times first day. No coffe in morning. No seating in room and very inexcessable. Seemed dangerous. Needs inspection to help them with these problems

This absolute WORST hotel I’ve ever been in. Dead bugs all over the room and in the air conditioner. Dimly lit hallways. Floorboards in my room literally rotting. Questionable stains on various surfaces. The photos in the listing were not of this property. Absolute hole of a place. Avoid at all costs.

I would give this place zero stars if it would let me. This was the most terrible hotel experience in my 15 years of travel. I never leave reviews but this place was so terrible I feel the need to warn people. No breakfast No pool despite the advertisement. Didn’t get the room or beds we paid for. Asked for towels for me and my wife to shower and the owner said no. It was such a terrible experience I filed a dispute with my bank
