Long Island Marriott Hotel

I've stayed here before and the hotel is consistent and dependable. It is overpriced for what you get, but there aren't many other choices in the area as convenient as this property. The hotel is clean and well staffed. The restaurant has inconvenient hours which caused me to go off property for several meals. The decor is dated, but ok.

Things were falling apart fridge made noise all day and night. You couldnt turn the heat on parking was an issue. You had ro park so far from feont door and can only get in 2 doors which are right next ro each other

Peace and quiet at night. Super clean room, great for those with physical limitations. Great parking space. Delicious breakfast!

Run down and tired hotel that probably was great at one time

We stayed at the Marriott in Uniondale, NY on James Doolittle Blvd, and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. After driving almost four hours, we were relieved that Miles at the front desk allowed us to check in early so we could get ready for an event. He was not only thorough in explaining the hotel’s offerings, but also went above and beyond by upgrading us to a junior suite—something I rarely receive, even as a Platinum member. The hotel seemed quite full, with a wedding and several airline crews staying, so this thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. Our junior suite was spacious, quiet on the 7th floor, and well-maintained. When we returned to check in for our second room later that day, Miles once again was extremely accommodating and found a room on the same floor close to our suite. That level of attention and care truly made our stay seamless. We also enjoyed the concierge lounge breakfast, which offered a variety of meats, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and both hot and cold beverages (including bottled drinks). While the food was fairly standard, it was plentiful and saved us the expense of breakfast out. The concierge attendant—I believe her name was Malida—was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel very welcome. I saw several guests going or coming from the lower level in gym clothes, but we will have to check out other amenities on our next visit. Overall, this Marriott is in a convenient location near Citi Field and delivers excellent customer service. Thanks to Miles and the rest of the staff, we will definitely return the next time we’re in the area.
