Excellent location and front desk staff very helpful at check-in for early check in.

There was a constant smell of deodorizer. perhaps owing to mold in the room. There were traces of mold in the closet and I took pictures of the mold stains in the room.

Excelente habitación. Comida y atención extraordinaria. Personal amable y eficiente. Siempre volveré al Intercontinental !!!!!!

Great hotel with excellent staff. We were upgraded to our room but realized it was facing front and seemed a bit noisy. We called the desk and within minutes we were given a different and quieter room. Sleeping conditions were excellent with comfortable bed, dark room and easy to regulate the temperature. The bathroom had two sinks, a toilet with its own door and a wonderful shower. Even the shampoo and body wash smelled awesome. The breakfast was great and the staff were extremely attentive. We love to walk and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to by foot. All in all an A+

Arranged by tour company, lovely room although a bit smaller than we expected. Staff were brilliant and very attentive. It’s not in the middle of the tourist area but if you are fit it’s easy to walk or catch a bus. Taxi is quite cheap also. Meals were very nice and service was excellent.

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal. Es encantador, profesional y son el verdadero lujo del hotel.

Por donde empezar: El hotel está bastante viejo. No cumple los estandares de comfort y calidad de un 5 estrellas. Los baños de algunas habitaciones son extremadamente pequeños, hasta el punto de que las puertas de WC y entrada al baño, chocan las unas con las otras. En mi caso, viajaba con perro, y me hicieron hacer un upgrade a premium, pero la habitación era diminuta, no podíamos movernos y no pudimos usar la ducha porque perdía agua. Más allá de eso, a parte de unas camas, los perros sólo eran "admitidos" pero no podíamos ir a ningún sitio con ellos. Un desastre en un hotel que recibe el 80% de personas extranjeras con otro concepto más abierto de la tenencia de mascotas. En nuestro caso, mi marido y yo jamás pudimos ni desayunar juntos. Bastante desastre y una experiencia la mitad de agradable de lo que podría ser.
