"Good but not the best value for money"

Great location in Lusaka. The staff are very kind, professional and responsive (thanks Chipo!) The menu has a delicious duck startee option

The standard rooms are small, with very little closet space. The bathrooms are also quite basic in design - no hooks for towels or bathrobe, no soap holders in the shower, no toilet brush and very little space around the sink to place cosmetics etc. The room dining food menu is limited and was also inconsistent quality eg the periperi chicken was very oily. It is also not clear when booking that they charge for early check-in (half the cost per day of the room) but this was waived when I complained. The airport pick up is quite expensive (about 40USD) so better to take a yango cab.

New rooms and new breakfast area. Super! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially Ms. Chipo was amazing! The coffee machine was broken but Chip sorted it all out in no-time.
