"Outstanding staff"

The hotel has improved and the staff is their best asset. Molly at the front desk is really what I think excellence in hospitality staffing should be. She helped me with many practical options for making my stay at this Intercontinental and other future stays at IHG hotels a great value. It was really a place to do business staying at a most comfortable hotel.
