"Desi made connecting with best friend the best"

Desi was our bartender, and she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She made excellent recommendations, crafted delicious drinks, and checked in at just the right times. What really stood out was her positive attitude and the way she made everyone feel valued. She brought such great energy to the experience and truly elevated our visit. Exceptional customer service like hers is hard to find, and she is a wonderful representation of Marriott hospitality. Thank you, Desi, for making our evening so enjoyable. We will definitely be back, and we hope to see you behind the bar again!

"Great service"

Came in for breakfast Rachael grated me with a friendly hello and smile and sat me down promptly the nandas service was great and I got to meet kelcy the new cook and let her know her omelet was great . Thanks for the wonderful hospitality every time I stop by I will be back see u soon

"Top Notch Service"

The Downtown Marriott offers top notch rooms and top notch service all the way around. The hotel areas and rooms are clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and professional. One team member in particular her name was Brittney she was a server she was very friendly ensured my order for breakfast was accurate and gave exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this location and would book again woth no hesitation.

"Great Customer Service"

Ms. Lorraine, the front desk associate, was truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were evident in every interaction, and she consistently made sure that all of our needs were met promptly. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work, and Ms. Lorraine definitely stands out. In addition to the outstanding front desk service, the overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

"Horrible Stay!"

I'm a veteran. I was in town for a medical procedure. I stayed overnight because I needed a rest before getting on the road again. 1. Paid for valet parking but I waited 30 minutes in above 90 degree temp. Eventually I found a parking spot and parked my vehicle myself. 2. Note*** I called the front desk and corporate. Both told me that valet parking is an independently contractor and that they couldn't help me. 2. 6/12/2026 coffee pot in room wasn't working and there was no hot water. 3. When I personally informed Management (face to face) that I would be checking out around 5:15-5:30 am, I was nicely told that my vehicle would be brought to the front of the building. Additionally, I called downstairs around 7-8 pm to remind the front desk that I needed the vehicle brought to the front of the building for the early checkout and was assured that this would be done. However, upon checking out, I once again had to retrieve my vehicle myself from where I previously parked.

"Best service!!"

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years for business and pleasure and experienced seevuce levels from horrible to great. Nothing has compared to the breakfast service that Dawn provided. It’s nice to see a smiling face early in the morning and have such great conversation. I appreciate her attitude and kindness. She’s a gem! Equally as impressive is the excellent service and hospitality Rachel provided. I will be staying at this hotel again!

A+ stay at Marriott. Clean room and kind staff, specifically Jennett who was working the Concierge Lounge was particularly helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed the experience. Also cannot great things about the meeting space(s) and team that runs that side. Great experience all around.
