"Southern Hospitality / Great Location"

I visit Columbia frequently to spend time with family and have stayed in every Marriott Bonvoy property in the area over the years. The downtown Marriott Columbia is by far the best given its location, updated rooms and friendly staff. Ms. Lorraine provided exceptional hospitality and ensured that we had a relaxing visit. I also appreciate being walkable to the downtown farmer’s market on the weekend. Highly recommend for those looking for a great stay while in Columbia.

"Great hotel"

The location was perfect for us. Our room was clean, and very comfortable. The employees at the front desk are exceptional. They are personable, funny and very thoughtful. We will be back to this hotel for our next visit to Columbia, SC

LORRAINE at front desk awesome ! I knew nothing about the area. Awesome parking garage and valet !!! I was very lucky to find this place. Everyone treated me great Grace was awesome too. I will definitely move back.

The Marriott was great! The hotel staff was amazing from the front desk to the waiters and cleaning staff! Excellent service all around and very clean! That was our second stay and would definitely go again.

"ANYTIME THAT I AM VISITING COLUMBIA, THE MARRIOTT IS WHERE I WILL STAY."

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PROPERTY.

THERE WAS A SMALL ISSUE WITH THE AIR CONDITION. BUT WITH ONE PHONE CALL TO THE FRONT DESK, THEY HAD MAINTENANCE TO MY ROOM IN NO TIME AND THE ISSUE WAS FIXED IN NO TIME.
