Hilton Kansas City Airport

Beautiful hotel clean room the only problem is when you arrive they charge for parking when you go to breakfast they don't tell there is a fee for breakfast they keep it a secret and instead they tell you they will bring a ticket My daughter who is 8 months pregnant, 2 children 5 and almost 2 and my self stayed there for one night would have stayed longer but I don't like deceit. The breakfast was cold, not sure how one manages to have cold oatmeal and eggs the fruit was rotten the watermelon actually fell over when picked up I don't mind paying a fee but I would like to know there is one and yes I asked first. The breakfast was almost $40 charged for 2 adults and a 5 year old and a baby they charged over $ 14 for parking the hotel was over $240 I will not be staying at this hotel again

Stayed there 2 months ago and because of world cup same room was $140 more, that is a rip off!

I liked the convenient location and overall size of the room.

A table for the second chair would be helpful.

Las habitaciones amplias, limpias, piscina, Starbuck, parking, bar de tapas rapidas, bebidas.

El desayuno, precio muy alto para el servicio que ofrecen, más si vas con chicos, tuve que pedir pongan pan dos veces, pedimos leche caliente y nos dijeron que ellos ponen fria... Varias recepcionistas, ninguna hablaba español, uso traductor google para poder comunicarme, ellos no intentaron, me seguian hablando en ingles, muy cortante.

I stayed here the night prior to fly out. The places is dirty, needs updated and renovated I checked into my room and found the toilet, running the place very dated paint falling from the ceiling and two many numerous issues to type out. I tried calling the front desk to cancel or get switched to another room. They told me that it was they were full and I would be unable to cancel my reservation, so unfortunately I was forced to stay. Bed is uncomfortable and I will never stay here again.

If I could give this stay a 0 I absolutely would! It was by far the worst stay I’ve had at a Hilton Property. The building is old and not well maintained. The first room that I was assigned smelled like mildew and the sofa was soiled with stains. I immediately asked for a different room. The new room smelled better but the sofa was also stained. I had been traveling since 5am so I didn’t have the energy to ask for another room. There were other issues with the second room also. The door appeared to have been kicked in and wasn’t repaired. The safety lock was hanging off the hinges and the wood was damaged. The toilet did not flush properly and maintenance had to plunge it. He then told us a “trick” way to flush it. We didn’t have “hot” water, just luke warm. I informed front desk and they advised me to email the GM. I did that but did not get a response. I would never stay here again!

Restaurant seating is outdated and looking bad for a Hilton

Location close to the airport.

The pool wasn’t sparkling clean. It had a lot of debris floating in it. They really should tell patrons at check in that you need to pay for parking.
