An unexpected flight cancellation led me to book a room here. From the moment I stepped into the hotel airport shuttle, the driver Kathy made my frustrating airport experience disappear. Her smile and laugh turned my day around! She made me laugh the entire ride and by the time we got back, I had forgotten how upset I was! She shared she has been at the is hotel for a number of years and I hope she continues for many more! Thank you Kathy and the rest of the team at the Hilton Kansas City Airport!

Smallest refrigerator in America. Toilet didn’t flush well. They charge for bottled water.
