"Good location, nice hotel. Elevators not working correctly during stay."

Hotel was easy to locate - traveled in for a conference so did not utilize shuttle, etc.. Biggest complaint during the stay was the issues with the elevators with only 1 working.

"Park and ride"

"We love Ms. Kathy!!"

Conveniently located about 5 mins from the airport and they provide shuttle pick up. Ms. Kathy was a great shuttle driver with great conversation and the friendliest demeanor. She alone gets 5 stars. The lounge/restaurant was very inviting. As far as the hotel, there seemed to be plumbing issues. My whole volleyball group had issues with their toilets.

"Stayed for the night before flying out of MCI. Was a nice place but clearly older."

Mary Sue was the best! I stayed here after my flight was canceled went to the bar to cope with work stressor and flight cancelations and the service was amazing and staff provided great company! Definitely made me reconsider where im staying next time in town!

Kathy the shuttle driver went out of her way to get me at the rental car drop off and bring me back to the hotel. What a great lady. We listened to the Artemis countdown together and got so excited to be going back to space !
