We had dinner at Asado Bar & Grill on 5/26/26, and Carter’s service was exceptional. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Every recommendation he made was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. We even shared our experience with a few other guests nearby, who agreed that both the service and food were outstanding. If we are ever back in Kansas, we will definitely be back!

We went down for breakfast and Layci went over & beyond to make sure we were taken care of! So friendly and outgoing. It’s been a long time since we’ve had service like hers.

Airport shuttle host, Kathy made my stay. Her attitude and empathy for even non-Hilton guests are above and beyond any other experience. I would hire her in a second.

My stay was at Hilton Kansas City Airport. I used the Van transportation to get to the hotel and I had the most pleasant helpful & professional driver her name is Kathy. She’s just amazing! & lifted my Spirit when I was down from two flight cancellations that left me in an unfamiliar City.

My flight was cancelled so I had to find a hotel for the night. Luckily I found the Hilton Kansas City airport hotel still had rooms available. I went to catch the hotel shuttle and Kathy picked me up. She was a delight! She got me to smile and laugh after my very stressful day. I didn’t eat at the restaurant for dinner but did eat the breakfast buffet which was very reasonable $$$. The shuttle to and from the airport runs every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. Kathy picked me up the next day to take be back to the airport. She made an unpleasant day into a bearable one for sure! If you need a hotel by the airport in KC you won’t be disappointed.

She is absolutely amazing professional, friendly, welcoming, and always positive from the moment guests step onto the shuttle. 😊 Kathy consistently goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and appreciated. Her warm personality and outstanding customer service truly stand out and have made each of my stays even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does. Hilton is fortunate to have someone like Kathy representing the property.
