After a very long handful of flights and a late departure despite being fully booked the Jamaican lady and her colleague (sorry don’t have their names) gave me a late check out. They were so adorable to deal with. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Shuttle to airport super efficient. Thanks for wonderful stay

I arrived late, near midnight because of flight delays Tge man that checked me in on 09/20 was friendly and helpful, especially using their public computer to print 09/21 boarding pass. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A couple pictures are attached. Breakfast buffet was what I have come to expect at a Holiday Inn (picture of the breakfast area is attached)

I had to book last minute from airport. The price of the rooms went up in front of me as I was trying to book. Weather had people grounded. The room key machine was broken but the staff managed to get people in rooms the line was long. My room was so fresh and clean and there was a 6 AM shuttle. I would definitely stay there again.
