Nothing. Our room was not ready and none were available so we left and went to a different hotel. Need a full refund.

Did not stay. Room was not ready. Need my money back ASAP.

This place is a joke , I had a email quoting $213 for two nights , I called days before to say I’d only be staying one night , when we arrived we went to our room , door was weird opening , no remote to tv, cigerette burns everywhere and questionable stains , when we went to come back to room we had to physically body slam the door to get it to open , they charged my credit card $267 for one night , total scam , nasty nasty room , stay away

Outdated and had a weird odor

The Property is in serious need of refurbishment. I booked months ago, looked ok based on the images used. However on arrival it was a different story,we waited ages before anyone arrived at the desk to check us in. The stairs to the room were rotten, timbers needed replaced and painted. The room was not well equipped no glasses, cutlery, plates. No kettle to boil water. Cleanliness was another issue, windows dirty. Kitchen not clean either. Room had very bad smell. Door onto balcony lock was broken so could not be secured. Had to ask for towels a number of times and had to wait each time for ages at reception for anyone to turn up. Only two pillows on bed asked for another, after swearing male member of staff handed me a plastic bag with a pillow inside, no pillow cover. His attitude was awful, you do not swear at customers. Bins in grounds not emptied, watched raccoons pull food from bins. Swimming pool was out of use and looked like it had been for a long time, very disappointing in the middle of summer Would not recommend this property.

On arrival they did not have the reservation.

We stayed at this property two years ago and we liked it. But this time we were disappointed to find how much it has deteriorated.

Access to local attractions so our actual stay was limited

The garbage on the grounds, the forestry overgrown, vehicles being worked on or waiting for parts for several days in the parking lot, not being told that the swimming pool was going to be closed and drained during this heat wave. Room quality was very poor. Rugs, upholstery had stains, kitchen, faucet, and bathroom tub faucet improperly worked .I was told that they would be cleaned every two weeks and we didn’t qualify because we were booked for one week, towels would be available at front desk, and our door keys would only work for a day or two needing to be replaced. The good thing about that we were able to get clean towels at that time

Had to wait 20 mins for someo e to show up at front desk to check in. Ftont desk gave another lady a key to our room by mistake and she just walked right in. No silverware, bowls and only 2 glasses.

It was dog friendly

The toilet was cracked, the shower had mold everywhere, there were giant stains on the rug, etc. it was in BAD shape. The general property was NOT well kept up. DON’T stay here.
