The girl at the front desk was polite. There was a gentleman I assumed worked there carrying on about cussing someone out that was staying there and obnoxious about the pool. There was bugs everywhere and blood and feces in the bathroom and blood on a curtain in one spot. The locks looked like they had been broken before and the tv would shut on and off. Totally not what was shown on their site.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that no rooms were available. Thankfully a neighboring hotel had vacancies.

The room was a lot more than I expected. The king bed was comfortable, the bedroom and bath linens were fresh and clean. The fireplace was a cozy bonus, and it was easy to turn on. The kitchen was easy to use and spacious. I enjoyed my stay, although I do wish that the pool was repaired and open.

Angel is the best maintenance guy Always took care of guest issues that they have I give him 5 stars He is always sweet and friendly and fast service resolving guest issues that occurred during the visit. Take great care of the property and guest needs

Okay so firstly there aren’t many hotels that have basically townhomes available so space wise this is a gem. However space is really the only thing this hotel has going for it. Our 3 bed room came on two floors, makes sense space wise. But no elevators so if you have a wheelchair or are unable to walk upstairs this is not the place for you. As soon as we walked in the smell of weed hit. Honestly I get it, it’s a hotel but then we saw the stains on the carpet and burn holes on the PLASTIC couch. Wow that was uncomfortable. The living room had a tv, along with one in the room with the 2 full beds, and the king upstairs, but NO REMOTES. Front desk was able to provide me with one remote, no big deal. After an outing we came back and my goodness the weed smell was now stronger than ever. I called about it, not really much help there. My assumption is the neighbor downstairs or next door smoked in the bathroom and the vent came right up to our room. Our third morning we were greeted with with the smoke alarm going off, without a reason. Nobody was using any appliances. It went off for about a minutes before stopping on its own. I called the front desk and the stated “maintenance isn’t here on Saturday. The manager is home.” I asked them to have the manager to call me. Ofcourse no such call came through. There is no turndown service, I get it, it’s not that kind of hotel. Trash wise, you have to take it over to the dumpster on your own. I do not recommend

Very noisy from upstairs guests walking constantly. King Size bed that I Reserved for 2 guests for 2 nights a week ahead of time by Expedia and never notified me beforehand so I could change my accommodations if desired or needed since I was having Surgery the next day!

Clean and quiet location but close to many shopping and eating options
