Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland Westlake

Things were worn and shabby. Not enough pillows or toilet paper. (They were waiting on a shipment?) The room smelled like a pet, and the alternate room smelled like smoke.

Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure

Poor cleaning, we found items from the previous guest in the bathroom, cigarettes floating in a cup of water on the balcony. There were cobwebs all around the outer doorway, and the door to our suite looked like it had been damaged in the past and was sticky and difficult to open with the key card

No breakfast, but had a full kitchen. The room was a nice size with a sofa and chair. Very comfortable bed.

Need to put a luggage rack in the room.

Second time we stayed here. It's quiet, clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

That picture is a LIE! NO POOL! Run away - DO NOT STAY HERE! It be the hottest week of the summer and air conditioner is broke down, pool does not work, internet don't work. And the pond looks like a gator swamp. Everytime you talk to the front desk they say the are working on it. Call J& P Management - they must be in a another state no response. It is a dump here

The suites are nice. Very clean, showing a little wear but seem to be maintained. The pool was closed wich was disappointing. Front desk girl, Jessica was very helpful, but her assistant was terribly rude.

The room was nice but the rest of the services were not as advertised. We stayed the end of June and there was no water in the pool, there was no breakfast as advertised in the photos, there was coffee in the room and lobby but no coffee pots to brew it. This was just an overnight stay on our way to our destination so it served its purpose but with children we prefer a stay with a pool.

This property needs to be condemned
