"Nice hotel and location"

We stayed here as part of a group. We booked an extra night at the beginning of our tour. The hotel is in a great location, with a safe area to walk around the block. Everything was great except my friend came to meet us for lunch and was unable to leave her car there while we walked for lunch. She called prior to driving there to verify in advance it was ok and was told yes. Then when she got there she was told otherwise. So I was disappointed about this. But otherwise everything was great-breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious. You go to the 5th floor to check in!
