What a wonderful experience on our first trip to SB. The hotels location is perfect for a quiet getaway yet close enough to many activities. Can’t wait to come back. Our stay wasn’t long enough!

one child who was suppose to check in became ill so we did not make the reservation. I’m supremely disappointed in Expedia and Four Seasons for being so unaccomodating, and I purposely did not rebook the trip because the last thing I’m going to do is arbitrarily pick another weekend to go when there is a sick child to care for and vacationing is the last thing on my mind. Shame on Four Seasons and Expedia.

it was false advertising. i chose this hotel because i saw the picture of the bigger swimming pool. but that pool was not for all the hotel guests. You have to be a club member or pay extra $200 to get in. That is just not fair.

"Beware - Food poisoning "

I got food poisoning from Bella Vista for lunch which ruined my trip to SB as I couldn’t do anything that we had planned. When I told the hotel about my situation on Sunday morning, they just said sorry and that they had to make a report. That’s it. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t try to make it up to me or anything so on my way out I told the hotel how disappointed I was about my situation and how they could care less that I got food poisoning and then they comped me 1 buffet. You spend $800/900 on a hotel night there, $150 for lunch which gave me food poisoning and I had to tell them to take care of me. What a disappointment. I have never been treated like this at any Four Seasons, let alone any hotel. Never staying here again. Wow. I do have to say though, the front desk guy Payton and the waiter Ricardo were amazing and very personable and made my birthday weekend enjoyable. If it wasn’t for them, I would be a lot more pissed.

" Great anniversary trip. "

Everything about our visit was fantastic. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. We had been there before approximately four years ago. Everything on this trip was even better then we remembered. We are planning to make it our traditional annual anniversary trip.
