Very high end property, but have never felt so much at home in a hotel.

The hotel is quiet and we loved the fact that the property accommodate dogs for free. We’ll come back just for this! We enjoyed tremendously having breakfast in our room and the massages at the spa were outstanding. Service at Ty and Coral cafe was very good. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour at Ty, it was delicious. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy dinner at Bella vista since it’s close on Monday and Tuesday. The only downside of our stay was the poor attitude of the spa receptionist. She was not very friendly with my husband when we came to check in. We wanted to use the gym before our treatment but she didn’t want us to access the fitness room because she thought we were not guests at the hotel. It was rude and unpleasant. Beside we didn’t care much about the interior decoration of the bar. It is disappointing to see such a beautiful hotel without the appropriate decor in the bar area. We expected something less eclectic and more classic to go along with the rest of the hotel.

Very nice staff. Bungalow room was peaceful and quiet.

Amazing property with excellent guest services. It has lush green gardens throughout with vista views of the ocean. I really enjoyed my time here.
