"Good"

We've been visiting this property every summer for over 10 years - rooms are expensive, but its a family tradition - and a beautiful hotel. A/C not working at all - when you're paying over $800+/night for a hotel room, everything needs to be functioning properly. The hot tub at the Coral Casino was incredibly dirty and cloudy - (actually disgusting). Chair covers at Coral Casino were scarce. Still a favorite place, but things were lacking this trip. I remember bikes being complimentary, but now $15/hour to rent. The ball machine (tennis) seems to always be broken. Improvements can certainly be made. No A/C is unacceptable - and the front desk barely offered an apology.

"Fabulously lush, but not ideal for sun worshippers"

We adore Four Seasons and stay with them whenever we can. This is a gorgeous looking hotel - fabulously lush and green - but limited sunbathing facilities unless you pay $175 per person to use the private club across the road. Also, although there is beach access, high tides mean that there are no sunbeds there to use either. Restaurant was lovely and the open fires a great touch. Great for a short stay but not for a sunshine vacation.
