While mattress preference is personal, my wife and I were both crippled after sleeping in the bed. We both woke up during the night with back pain. Would not stay here again. The hotel is nice but definitely in need of a refresh.

I chose this specific property for my daughter's birthday because of the spa. When I arrived there was a women's congregation going on so I understand that the hotel was busy, no problem. I tried to setup a spa treatment for my daughter and no one answered the phone so I went to the floor of the spa and to find the gates pulled down and no one there. In the hallway on the table there was a sign for assistance and I had to scan the QR code to set-up or get info but all it gave me was a telephone number which I tried calling again several times so I finally left a message and on Saturday evening I received a call informing me that they weren't open on the weekends. I was disappointed and there was nothing left to do in the Connecticut area. We also went to the mall nearby and most of the stores were closed down so we weren't able to shop or anything. I will say that the hotels food is delicious and the room service is great and very fast.

"Nice hotel - Very noisy room"

Overall hotel was great - wonderful service. Helpful people but do not let them put you in room 1419 (or I’m guessing any room next to the elevators). The noise from the elevators is very loud!! I reported it to the front desk - hopefully they do some thing about this

The pillows were soft. The French onion soup was good at their restaurant.

Bed was uncomfortable. Could not get onto their Internet. The TV didn’t work. There was no mention of the parking garage fee when room was booked.
