Nice room, and bath.

Thought pet friendly meant all pets, not just service animals. Toilet was too low, should be updated to high boy toilets. Extra cost for guest parking was a bit much when you already paying for a room, parking should be free for paying guests. Not sure families would agree to stay because of all the incidental fees. Also, if your truly Pet friendly, then you need a small fenced in dog park to walk dogs. If you had one, we couldn’t find it. Star Bucks needs to be open longer than 4:00 pm.

I love this hotel in my hometown of Stamford! Some may think it’s dated…I love the retro aspect of the decor. Overall, from the lobby to restaurant to gym and my nice room, everything was clean and in good condition. I’ll be back!

While mattress preference is personal, my wife and I were both crippled after sleeping in the bed. We both woke up during the night with back pain. Would not stay here again. The hotel is nice but definitely in need of a refresh.

I chose this specific property for my daughter's birthday because of the spa. When I arrived there was a women's congregation going on so I understand that the hotel was busy, no problem. I tried to setup a spa treatment for my daughter and no one answered the phone so I went to the floor of the spa and to find the gates pulled down and no one there. In the hallway on the table there was a sign for assistance and I had to scan the QR code to set-up or get info but all it gave me was a telephone number which I tried calling again several times so I finally left a message and on Saturday evening I received a call informing me that they weren't open on the weekends. I was disappointed and there was nothing left to do in the Connecticut area. We also went to the mall nearby and most of the stores were closed down so we weren't able to shop or anything. I will say that the hotels food is delicious and the room service is great and very fast.
