The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

The staff is the only reason I am giving 5 stars. They turned a tired and bruised hotel into a great experience. If service is important to you, this is a great place to stay. If fresh rooms, nice lobby, big pools, bustling beach scene is what you crave… look elsewhere. Our rooms were clean, but everything is a little beat up. The positive trait is the beachfront restaurant. Stunning views, amazing service, and great food. It truly was lovely to sit with a tropical drink and look right out into the ocean. We spent our days at the Casa Marina sister property which suit us better. Employee shout outs: Monroe, Marie D, Patty, Asheka, Connor, Darius, Gethro, Francisco, and Jessica. All gave us top tier service and made our 4 day stay an amazing getaway.

Stayed at The Reach in KW and it’s been a great experience. The whole establishment is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. The only issue we experienced was a prom being hosted by the hotel. It got little loud and our room was just down the hall from it.

Pedro in the front desk was super helpful and friendly! Overall the hotel is great (do have dinner in the hotel and try a slice of the key lime pie).

Great stay. Everything was perfect. Resort. Weather. Beach. Shout out to Molly, safety guiding light. She shared great tips, was very knowledgeable of the property and area and was was just totally cool.

Housekeeping was terrible. Had to ask for services and one day they never came and we had to go get our own towels to shower.

Mixed stay. Hotel team was always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are well appointed and nice sized bathrooms. Clean balcony with comfortable furniture. Seems like a lot of deferred maintenance. One of two elevators out if service entire stay. Room air conditioner never got the room below 73° but kept humidity at bay. Common areas feel largely unfinished and a bit stark. Large nice beach, offset by seaweed season, which we never knew was a thing. Now we do. Decent pool area and courtyard area between buildings. Neighboring sister property is often priced simply, and is significantly better in all respects. One plus is location, slightly closer if you are mostly walking around the area.

The Reach Key West delivered an exceptional experience in every way. The service was impeccable, the accommodations were elegant and comfortable, and every interaction with the staff was warm and professional. The amenities and overall ambiance made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning. Ambassador Molly was very helpful giving us great suggestions on places to dine. She was spot on which made our first visit to Key West even more enjoyable.
