The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

Stayed here after the Key 100. Had a great experience. Molly was fantastic is helping out our runners after finishing and went the extra mile helping them get settled.

Our time at The Reach was fabulous. The view, the room, the dining and cocktails and especially the staff were all tremendous! The cabana is a treat all should try. It has been a pleasure vacationing at The Reach with friends of 50+ years. Thank you to all of the staff!

My husband and I stayed at The Reach for a week in late April. It was our first time to Key West. We had a blast and would definitely go back. The location and food can’t be beat. We’re Hilton members and have stayed all over the world in Hiltons and this was a great property. A highlight was the young man Haider A. who we met at the cafe and boutique. He had the best customer service. He made us feel so welcome. He provided lots of great recommendations around town. He was also a big promoter of the Hilton brand. He’s a keeper. I would definitely promote him! Thanks for another great Hilton experience, Haider A. and the The Reach team!

Pedro was the best hotel agent I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He quite literally saved our vacation. After a two separate reservation debacle ended with the hotel unable to keep us in the same room for consecutive nights, Pedro made it happen the next day, where he took the extra steps, time, and courtesy to keep us in the same room after all. Never have I had someone go above and beyond like he did. We were ready to go somewhere else because of the whole thing but because of Pedro, we ended up staying. Thank you.

No passport required, enjoy tropical island in the US southernmost point, Add the tropical beverages, local cuisine, beaches, amazing sunsets, something for everyone not to mention the original Margaritaville for all the parrot heads, present company included!

Just returned from a four-night stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived on Friday, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We had two rooms; one was ready when we arrived, and the other wasn’t. We left our things in the ready room and went out for lunch, and the staff called as soon as the second room was prepared so we could settle in. The rooms have been recently updated and were beautiful. I had read some reviews that were less than glowing, but honestly, the design and layout, while a little quirky, really add to the hotel’s unique charm. The location is fantastic. The hotel is just a block from Duval Street and the temporary location of the Southernmost Point. It’s at the quieter end of Duval, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay, but a short walk of a few blocks puts you right in the heart of all the action. Everything about this stay felt effortless and enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about the resort. Room was clean and nice, staff was friendly, loved all of the accommodations. Molly was a friendly face and loved chatting with her! Location is close enough that it is easy to walk to a lot of areas. Would come back, and highly recommend! There was a man on the beach that helped us get settled in the chairs; and the courtyard was very nice!

Everything was great. Lots to see. Great service. Room was awesome. Loved the pool and beach. Great place to stay
