"Grundsolides Hotel in super Lage"

Sehr zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer und nettes Personal. Preis-Leistung passt für Chicago.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück ist verbesserungsbedürftig (v.a. gesündere Alternativen).

"Great location"

Excellent location, as a solo traveller subway, beach was a few minutes walk. Room was very nice and I slept very well. Breakfast was great aswell, although I wasn't expecting disposable plates and cutlery at the weekend.

Staff were very helpful for the most part, one of the receptionist, an older lady was not very approachable. I spoke to her a couple of times and I felt like I was bothering her.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca del lago Michigan y del Centro de la ciudad. Se puede desplazar a varios lugares importantes caminado. Se tiene acceso a los medios de transporte como bus, metro y taxi. Un buen lugar para hospedarse. Los desayunos fueron muy deliciosos y agradables.

La atención no era agradable

No funcionó el aire, nos cambiaron de habitación, pero el hotel es muy viejo. El desayuno es con pocas opciones, muy feo.

"Location was good, services average, staff ok"

Good location, close to Michigan Ave so easy to catch buses.

Breakfast was appalling. Our tariff was not inexpensive so having to eat off paper plates with cheap plastic cutlery and paper cups was not enjoyable at all! When food ran out it was not often replaced, they just ran out and early in the time frame. One of the worst breakfasts I’ve experienced!

Отель в самом центре Чикаго, локация отличная. Номер просторный, хорошо обставлен, большая удобная кровать, телевизор, холодильник. Душевая большая, в номере чисто. Завтрак включён, это большой плюс. Сам отель красивый и ухоженный. Остались довольны.

Единственный минус — депозит 75 долларов возвращали целый месяц. Переписка с отелем ни к чему не приводила, они уверяли что всё отправили, но деньги шли невозможно долго. За тот же период останавливались ещё в восьми отелях, везде депозит возвращали в течение нескольких часов. Здесь месяц. Очень неприятно и нервно.

"Excellent"

Location great,clean rooms and staff nice and great choices at breakfast.

Beds were not too comfortable but i have back issue and need firmer. The ac in the room was very noisy off and on made it cold then too warm
