"It was worth the stay. I would stay again for the location. Phenomenal breakfast."

Comfy bed, street view, close to parking and mall. I loved being able to walk everywhere.

One night I couldn't get warm water during my shower, had to push through for dinner plans.

La ubicación es fantástica, enseguida estás en Michigan Avenue y llegas caminando a cualquier parte dando un paseo. Tiene de todo cerca.

Lo que menos me gustó fue el desayuno, el lugar era incómodo,era escaso y poco variado y no había leche caliente. Cuando pedimos leche caliente, el camarero que atendía entró en la cocina a pedirla y ese día la sacó pero al día siguiente el chef le dijo que no aceptaba peticiones y nunca más la tuvimos.

Me dieron un habitación que goteaba el baño del piso de arriba, me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto, los desayunos horribles, el trato del bar malo, recepcion perfecto, pero con el detalle de que siguen sin regresarme el deposito de la habitación
